David Solomon
Active Chairman
David Solomon is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Solomon Capital Group, a premier advisory firm specializing in corporate finance and investment banking. With over 25 years of experience, he has led major cross-border transactions and advised global clients such as IBM, QUALCOMM, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, Bezeq, Discount Bank, Scitex, Dor Energy, RAPAK, Gama UK, and the UK’s NHS.
Previously, David founded and led B-Plan, a Software Company, as well as 4Hightech (Investment Bank) and Micromedic Technologies, which was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).
David has lectured at academic institutions and is the author of several books, including From Seed to IPO and Biomedical: From Research to Market.
