David Solomon is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Solomon Capital Group and an internationally recognized expert in corporate finance, business strategy and the AI Economy. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led major cross-border transactions and advised over 600 companies and financial institutions, including leading international corporations, major Israeli companies and global public-sector organisations.
David has founded and led several financial and technology ventures, including B-Plan, 4Hightech and Micromedic Technologies, which was listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. His international experience spans investment banking, M&A, IPOs, business strategy, valuation and the strategic and economic implications of artificial intelligence.
A published author and experienced academic lecturer, David’s latest book, Decoupling Intelligence: A Strategic Imperative for the New AI Economy, examines how AI is reshaping companies, industries and competitive advantage. His earlier books include From Seed to IPO and Biomedical: From Research to Market.

Roy Solomon is the Chief Executive Officer of Solomon Capital Group and leads its AI practice. A data and AI leader with more than a decade of experience, he specialises in Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, RAG systems and custom AI agents that automate business processes.
Roy helps boards and management teams turn AI into measurable value, from the business case and ROI model to working AI tools. He began his career as a financial analyst at yes (D.B.S. Satellite Services) and later led digital marketing and data analysis at Waves Audio.
