1. DS Spring Equity and its partners reserve the right to cancel the event due to various circumstances.  If cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

2. Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance of the event date, will receive a 0% refund.

3. Cancellations made within 31-45 in advance of the event date will receive a 50% refund.

4. Cancellations made 46 dsys or more in advance of the event date will receive a 75% refund.
